About My Suite Yoga
My Suite Yoga was founded by Christina who received her RYT-200 in 2023. She has always had a passion for fitness, health, and well being. Christina fell in love with yoga in 2020 and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years! She wants to share her practice and passion for fitness with others. Located at the 601 Wellness Suites in Dumont, New Jersey; My Suite Yoga is able to offer small classes for a more personal and tailored yoga and Pilates experience as well as chair yoga.
